Constellation Kidney Group (CKG) successfully launched our kidney care specific EMR, Clinical Vision, with Liberty at Home Dialysis, based in Dallas, TX, on January 2, 2026.
Clinical Vision is a cloud-based, nephrology-focused EMR with built-in analytics, automated workflows, and compliance support. Clinical Vision is an integral part of the KidneyOne ecosystem that integrates your clinical, financial, and AI-powered solutions into a single, unified experience.
The launch followed a highly collaborative four-month implementation process to deliver a smooth transition. The engagement started with comprehensive Clinical Vision demonstrations, followed by a detailed scoping workshop to better understand Liberty’s unique clinical, operational, and reporting needs. From there, the CKG team delivered a thoughtfully designed training program that progressed from Super User and Technical Administrative training to role-specific Power User sessions. These trainings were tailored to Liberty’s interdisciplinary teams, including clinicians, physicians, billing and administrative staff, social workers, and dieticians.
Liberty’s commitment throughout the process was exceptional. Team members consistently showed up engaged, asked insightful questions, and offered meaningful feedback that helped shape the build in line with the needs of the different user groups. In parallel, CKG’s cross-functional team invested significant time in discovery sessions to ensure alignment with Liberty’s care model, workflows, templates, and billing and reporting requirements.
The successful launch is testament to the levels of preparation, collaboration, and shared problem-solving in the run up to the go-live date.
